Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains Weightstry, LLC’s three written guarantees — the 30-day membership fee guarantee, the clinical-fit medication guarantee, and the 60-day provider switch — how cancellation works, and what is and is not refundable. Outside the clinical-fit guarantee, medication, lab, and pharmacy charges are handled by the independent providers that supply them.

30-Day Program Fee Guarantee
Weightstry offers a 30-day membership (program) fee guarantee. If the program is not the right fit for you, contact us within 30 days of your program start date and we will refund the membership fee you have paid for that period. This guarantee applies to the Weightstry membership fee only — it does not cover medication, lab, or pharmacy charges (see Section 02).

Clinical-Fit Medication Guarantee
If, after reviewing your first lab results, your Weightstry clinician determines that a medication you were prescribed is not clinically appropriate for you, the cost of that medication is refunded. This is the single exception to the dispensed-medication rule in Section 04, and it applies only where the determination is made by your Weightstry clinician as part of your protocol review. To make a claim under this guarantee, contact patientcare@weightstry.com.

Provider Switch
Within your first 60 days of membership you may request one clinician switch, no questions asked. Contact patientcare@weightstry.com and we will re-match you by state license, specialty, and clinical fit. A provider switch does not affect your billing or your protocol continuity.

What Is Not Refundable
Except as provided by the Clinical-Fit Medication Guarantee in Section 02, medication, lab fees, and shipments that have already been used or dispensed are not refundable. Pharmacy-compounded medication cannot be returned or refunded once it has been dispensed, for safety and regulatory reasons. See the Compounded Medication Disclosure for more detail.

Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, contact patientcare@weightstry.com. Cancellation stops future billing; your membership and access remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, generate a refund for the current period except as described in Section 01 or as required by law.

Billing Cycles
Membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you select). Outside the 30-day guarantee in Section 01, fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable except as required by law. Any founding-rate or promotional pricing applies as described at the time of enrollment.

Medication and Lab Charges
Medication and lab charges are billed by the independent pharmacies and laboratories that provide those services. Except for the Clinical-Fit Medication Guarantee in Section 02, which Weightstry honors, refunds for medication and lab charges are governed by those providers’ own policies. Weightstry does not control, and is not responsible for, the pricing or refund decisions of independent pharmacies and laboratories.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel
To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee, or to cancel your membership, contact patientcare@weightstry.com or call 307-285-3404. Please include the name and email associated with your account so we can locate it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
09.
Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly and promptly.
10.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
