Browsing this website alone does not create a clinician-patient relationship. When you complete intake and are accepted for care, a clinician-patient relationship is established, via telehealth, between you and a licensed clinician of Weightstry’s affiliated medical practice.

Weightstry does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription, treatment, or any specific medical outcome. All clinical decisions are made solely by your treating clinician based on their medical judgment.

Care is delivered via telehealth by the licensed clinicians of Weightstry’s affiliated medical practice. Before your care begins, you will be asked to review and provide informed consent to telehealth.

Weightstry does not guarantee that any prescription will be filled or that any medication will be available through listed pharmacy partners.

Pharmacies and laboratories are independent entities responsible for their own services. Clinical decisions, prescriptions, and treatment plans are made by your treating clinician within Weightstry’s affiliated medical practice.

Weightstry, LLC facilitates access to services in multiple U.S. states. Services are not available in all jurisdictions and may change at any time.
